  1. Some people say that one hour of sleep before midnight is worth two hours after midnight.
  2. If you’re studying for an exam or have an important interview, have dinner the evening before that includes fish. Fish is considered ‘brain food’ because it contains lots of Omega 3 fats, healthy for brain function.
  3. Low blood sugar increases stress. Eating small, frequent meals/snacks helps to maintain blood sugar levels. Keep fruits and veggies handy. Herbal teas also help reduce stress.
